Invitation to the General Assembly

The Board of the Stavronikitas Vacation Home Community, in its meeting of 19.05.2016 unanimously decided to convene the Annual General Meeting to be held on Sunday, July 24, 2016 at 9:30 in the Assembly hall “ARISTOTELIS” of Sani Beach Hotel in Chalkidiki.

The topics on the agenda are:

  1. Election of the Chairman and Secretary of the General Assembly.
  2. Approval of the Minutes of the General Assembly 2015.
  3. Activity Report of the Board for the years 2015-2016.
  4. Announcements – Suggestions from the members.

It has been noticed that usually there is no quorum at the first meeting, so it is considered certain that the Assembly will be held on the same day Sunday, July 24, 2016 at 10:30.

The Assembly will be held in the greek language.
