Life is pleasant at the Stavronikitas Community, and becomes better when we observe some details:
Avoiding noise during weekends
Weekends are the time when all residents come to the community seeking rest, so we don’t perform any noisy tasks. We neither use mulching mowers or air-blowers, nor let our garden keeper do so. We respect the need of peace of our neighbors and we demand the same from them. The quiet hours are from 3 to 6 in the afternoon and from midnight to 8 in the morning. For issues concerning noise, power supply, illegal construction, please contact the Service Manager at 6979 597477. From early June till the end of August the community Service Manager is always available to answer questions and solve any problems.
Vegetable waste, green grass, pine needles
We take care to keep the public places neat and clean. We take out our plastic bags with vegetable waste just before the day that the collection truck passes. Specifically:
Every Friday, a large truck collects green waste (at the expense of our association and of SANI S.A.).
Every Tuesday and Saturday mornings, our association’s van collects ONLY bags containing grass. The van collects from the southern part of the community from 9 in the morning till 10:30 (TYPET area, old camping area) and from 10:30 to 14:00 from the north part of the community and collects ONLY vegetable waste in bags.
Membership fee – parking signs
Parking signs and discount cards are available from the company’s offices in Apollonos Street, daily from 10:00 to 15:00 and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00. Invitations for the SANI FESTIVAL are also available, only to those members who have already paid their annual fee. At the same office you can renew your membership fee which is 120€ by scheduling an appointment with the community’s keeper at 6979 597477.
