The Board of the Stavronikita Vacation Home Community, in its meeting of 12.06.2013 unanimously decided to convene the Annual General Meeting to be held on Wednesday, July 24 2013 at 9:00 am at Sani in the Assembly hall “ALEXANDROS”. Should it be established that there is no quorum in accordance with the Statute, the General Assembly will be held on Sunday, July 28, 2013 at 10:30 in the Assembly hall “ALEXANDROS” of Sani Beach Hotel in Chalkidiki.
The topics on the agenda are:
1. Election of the Chairman and Secretary of the General Assembly.
2. Approval of the Minutes of the General Assembly 2012.
3. Activity Report of the Board for the years 2011-2013.
4. Report of the Auditing Committee.
5. Announcements – Suggestions from the members.
6. Election of the Electoral Commission.
7. Election of the new Board of Directors and of the Auditing Committee for the years 2013-2015.
